We select the execution according to the place of display: UV printing directly on the board or printing on film with lamination (matte/gloss/anti-graffiti). We use 1-2 mm hard PVC, 3 mm composite aluminum (Dibond) and magnetic versions – solutions for interiors and exteriors, resistant to abrasion, UV radiation and weather conditions.

We prepare personalized PPE boards with zone name, list of required measures, numbering and QR codes for instructions. Standard (A4, A3, A2, 500×700) and custom formats; mounting: holes, spacers, rivets/screws, industrial tape/adhesive or magnetic solutions. Materials and techniques

Base materials: 1-2 mm hard PVC and 3 mm composite aluminum (Dibond). Magnetic versions – for steel surfaces.

• PVC hard 1-2 mm – lightweight, economical board for interiors, optionally laminated.
• Mirror variant – Dibond Mirror 3 mm or 2-3 mm acrylic mirror (unbreakable); ideal for PPE stations at entrances so that users can check the correct placement of protectors.
• Magnetic – ferromagnetic substrates, rapid change of content (printing on magnetic film).

Finishing and installation

• Wall hooks and hangers – the most popular choice for customers; quick installation on walls, shelves and mesh panels.
• Industrial adhesives/tapes (smooth substrates), Velcro, zip ties (fences/grids).
• Rounded corners, edge beveling, protective corners, matte/gloss lamination.
• Frames made of 40×40 and 30×30 aluminum profiles (T-groove, corner connectors, feet) – free-standing or wall-mounted PPE stations; fastening of boards in the frame with T-bolts and angle brackets.

Standards and compliance

We use pictograms in ISO 7010 standard and colors in accordance with ISO 3864 (informational – green, PPE order – blue, warning – yellow, prohibition – red). On request, we prepare bilingual versions and with zone numbering.

In the message, specify: a list of required PPE (e.g., helmet, goggles, gloves, S3, earmuffs, mask), format (e.g., 300×400, 500×700), material (hard PVC 1-2 mm or Dibond 3 mm), variant: with mirror [yes/no], frame: profile 40×40/30×30 or without, mounting method, place of display (indoor/outdoor), number of pieces/series, possible own text and QR (link/file). Lead time and delivery
