Mobile 5S stations are an exceptionally innovative LEAN tool. The four-wall mobile structure (on wheels) is constructed from aluminium profiles and shadow boards. This mobile service station, which you can move around with ease, is perfect for when you want to have all your tools at hand.

The mobile 5S stations can be effortlessly moved between workstations, production lines or even from one shop floor to another. The four shadow boards make it possible to set up, for example, a cleaning station, a service repair station, a tool board with tools and a station for drawing up reports and drafting documents.

The tough yet lightweight structure built from aluminium profiles provides the boards with a longer lifespan. The structure is lighter, so it is easier to transport.

All the brackets, hooks, pockets and shelves used in the stations will be selected to meet your requirements.

We design and print elements in 3D

We design and, using a 3D printer, manufacture tool holders and equipment for 5S stations. Each tool is scanned beforehand. Metal objects can be additionally supported by magnets installed in the brackets.
